During the 6th CIIE, SINOPEC and PT Pertamina (Persero) exchanged the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both parties, which encompasses various business areas, including upstream and downstream businesses, new energy and renewables, R&D and innovation, and capacity building, etc. The two parties will work together to promote energy transformation and realize green development based on cooperation.

In addition, SINOPEC arranged Pertamina’s team to visit Sinopec Shengli Oilfield for a tour of the chemical flooding, unconventional reservoir development, and CCUS project operated by SINOPEC.

SINOPEC is willing to work with the global energy industry to strengthen cooperation and exchanges in oil and gas resources, green energy, science and technology, and explore new green and low-carbon development paths.
